Inclement Weather Policy for Spectators
Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for “weather warning” signs that will appear prior to the inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately and follow the directions from the tournament marshals for evacuating the course.
Avoid the following:
open areas
hilltop/high places
isolated trees
golf carts
wire fences
The LPGA Tour has established the following guidelines regarding photos and autographs:
No camera photos or autographs are permitted once a player begins a competitive round, Wednesday to Saturday.
A player may agree to sign autographs prior to or at the conclusion of her round.
Prohibited Items
Containers and/or coolers
Backpacks (except for the drawstring variety typically carried by children) and oversize bags (except for diaper bags when an infant/young child is present)
Golf clubs
Cameras, camcorders or video cameras (except during practice rounds for personal photographic use only, and only without their cases)
Noise producing devices
Cases and/or covers (such as umbrella and folding chair covers)
Computers, laptops, laser pointing devices, radios or TVs
Pets (other than service animals)
Fireworks/explosives
Aerosol cans and bottles
Oversize chairs/lawn chairs
Bicycles
Ladders or similar devices
Metal-spiked golf shoes
Any material constituting unauthorized advertising/promotions
Unmanned aircrafts (drones, etc.)
Illegal substances
All food and/or drinks unless necessary to treat a medical condition or infant needs
Flags and/or banners large enough to obstruct views of the competition
Anything that can be used as a weapon (firearms, knives or weapons of any nature – regardless of permit)
Any other items deemed unlawful, dangerous, inappropriate, or disruptive by the LPGA and/or tournament site security personnel, in their sole discretion.
LPGA Spectator Mobile Device Policy
Devices must always be on silent; flash may not be used.
Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.
